Compensation:

$163,000-$237,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex networking programs with hardware, software, and networking deployments.
  • Define and drive cross-functional programs in large work groups.
  • Set success criteria, track deliverables, and optimize project efficiency.
  • Communicate progress to stakeholders through updates and checkpoints.
  • Leverage technical expertise for decision-making and strategic planning.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience leading network infrastructure projects.
  • Experience managing software integration programs.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in full-stack development.
  • Ability to synthesize material for executive communications.
  • Experience with network fabric solutions and data center solutions.
