This role is based in San Jose, CA.
Compensation:
$163,000-$237,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of complex XR applications and features, from initial technical scoping to consumer launch.
- Partner with engineering leads and product stakeholders to define technical requirements and manage dependencies.
- Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Establish agile workflows for quick iterations while maintaining timelines.
- Provide data-driven updates to leadership on program health and milestones.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience managing the full software development lifecycle for consumer-facing applications.
- Experience with the Android ecosystem.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience shipping products in the AR/VR/XR space.
- Proficiency in using data for engineering decisions.
