Compensation:

$138,000-$198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Own and facilitate software implementation projects, including project management and documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and UX to define requirements and manage project schedules.
  • Ensure launch readiness and coordinate testing and rollout.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and in payments or financial systems.
  • Strong skills in workflow automation and data analytics.
