Compensation:

$132,000-$189,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine demand forecasts for new product introduction programs.
  • Collaborate with product engineering and networking teams.
  • Drive mitigation actions and allocation decisions to minimize capacity delivery impact.
  • Present supply and demand recommendations to leadership.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience with supply or demand planning.
  • Experience with hardware product development lifecycle.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with data center infrastructure and capital investment decision making.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
