Compensation:
$138000 - $198000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead demand planning processes and deliver insights into network demand trends.
- Guide projects for self-sustaining planning and evaluate forecasting methodologies.
- Define processes for new network products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on organizational objectives.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of program management experience.
- Experience with demand planning or forecasting.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, BigQuery).
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience in network optimization or tools development.
- Knowledge of SQL/Python/Appscript and BI visualization.
- Understanding of network infrastructure.
