This role is based in Reston, VA.

Compensation:

$138,000-$198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Define project scopes and manage execution with external vendors and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on technical due diligence and evaluate land for cable landing station deployment.
  • Manage multi-discipline project engineering issues from design to installation.
  • Generate and manage lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience with engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB).
  • Experience with construction planning of industrial technology projects.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in mechanical systems and utility infrastructure assessments.
