Compensation:

$138,000 - $198,000/year + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Provide actionable recommendations regarding data center capacity needs.
  • Use data to identify planning solutions for business leaders.
  • Maintain and update technical and business requirements for Product Areas.
  • Implement new DC power planning initiatives.
  • Manage and resolve DC capacity-related issues.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in planning areas such as capacity or data center planning.
  • Experience in data modeling and analysis.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in capacity planning or data analytics.
  • 2 years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Strong data analysis skills (e.g., Sheets, SQL).
