This role is based in Atlanta, GA.

Compensation:

$138,000-$198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional programs through the product lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are met to support critical milestones.
  • Support supplier onboarding and qualification through design reviews and alignment with engineering teams.
  • Ensure product designs are complete and accurate for on-time manufacturing and delivery.
  • Act as the first level escalation point for unmet deliverables and communicate program risks to leadership.
  • Drive teams to optimize product design for manufacturing and supply chain.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in electrical engineering and design validation.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Engineering, Analytics, Operations Research, or Supply Chain.
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in hardware design and manufacturing in a new product introduction role.
  • Experience in data center infrastructure or operations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
