This role is based in Atlanta, GA.
Compensation:
$138,000-$198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional programs through the product lifecycle, ensuring deliverables are met to support critical milestones.
- Support supplier onboarding and qualification through design reviews and alignment with engineering teams.
- Ensure product designs are complete and accurate for on-time manufacturing and delivery.
- Act as the first level escalation point for unmet deliverables and communicate program risks to leadership.
- Drive teams to optimize product design for manufacturing and supply chain.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in electrical engineering and design validation.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master’s degree in Engineering, Analytics, Operations Research, or Supply Chain.
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience in hardware design and manufacturing in a new product introduction role.
- Experience in data center infrastructure or operations.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
