Compensation:

$138,000-$198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead large, complex, cross-functional programs through the product lifecycle.
  • Support onboarding and qualification of suppliers.
  • Ensure product designs are complete and accurate for on-time manufacturing.
  • Proactively communicate program risks to leadership.
  • Drive cross-functional teams to optimize product design for manufacturing.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in electrical engineering and design validation.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Engineering, Analytics, Operations Research, or Supply Chain.
  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in hardware design and manufacturing.
  • Ability to think strategically and handle complex problems.
