Compensation:

$138,000-$198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships by understanding business requirements and metrics.
  • Navigate conflicting requirements across cross-functional organizations.
  • Identify and resolve process breakdowns.
  • Communicate with technical experts to plan for growth.
  • Act as an escalation point for partner teams.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of program management experience.
  • Experience in project forecasting and customer relationship management.
  • Experience with technical integration and data center operations.
  • Ability to travel at least 10% of the time.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience translating business requirements into tech solutions.
  • Knowledge of server/network hardware and software development.
  • Experience in colocation or point-of-presence environments.
  • Ability to craft innovative solutions using data and analytics.
