Compensation:
$138,000-$198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships by understanding business requirements and metrics.
- Navigate conflicting requirements across cross-functional organizations.
- Identify and resolve process breakdowns.
- Communicate with technical experts to plan for growth.
- Act as an escalation point for partner teams.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of program management experience.
- Experience in project forecasting and customer relationship management.
- Experience with technical integration and data center operations.
- Ability to travel at least 10% of the time.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience translating business requirements into tech solutions.
- Knowledge of server/network hardware and software development.
- Experience in colocation or point-of-presence environments.
- Ability to craft innovative solutions using data and analytics.
