Compensation:

$138,000-$198,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Define, scope, and manage LLM guide projects, ensuring timely delivery and strict adherence to scope.
  • Engage in technical design and implementation discussions.
  • Guide the development of evaluation frameworks and optimize human evaluation pipelines.
  • Partner with leadership to define long-term goals and objectives.
  • Translate complex business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience managing ML or LLM model development programs.
  • Experience working with AI algorithms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience in the online advertising industry.
  • Experience with data analytics.
