Technical Program Manager I, Robotics and Automation

This role is based in Mexico with remote work options available.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the end-to-end deployment of automation hardware and software at site-specific locations, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
  • Work closely with Server Operations, Site Engineering, and Global Logistics teams to navigate local site constraints and requirements.
  • Identify bottlenecks in our current deployment velocity and propose data-driven solutions to help us scale faster.
  • Identify technical or logistical risks to deployment schedules and develop mitigation plans.
  • Maintain clear documentation and dashboards to provide visibility into project health and utilization targets for leadership.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to be an influential member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and non-technical members.
