Technical Program Manager, Google Public Sector Capture

This role is based in Reston, VA, with remote options available.

Compensation:

$192,000-$278,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Design integrated architectures using Google Cloud products.
  • Identify product gaps and source third-party solutions.
  • Build and document comprehensive technical designs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of experience in technology consulting or federal government space.
  • 8 years managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience with the Shipley Capture Process.
  • Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Agile, PMP, and related program management certifications.
