Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional, high priority programs from inception to launch, managing dependencies and risks across multiple sub-projects.
  • Define and refine technical requirements, scope, and success metrics for projects.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies within and across teams to enhance productivity and scalability.
  • Communicate program status, challenges, and solutions effectively to all stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Facilitate regular planning exercises and help drive process improvements.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in delivering technical programs.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
