Compensation:

$192,000-$278,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
  • Work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, and manage project schedules.
  • Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams and scale technical projects across the software product life cycle.
  • Leverage AI to create processes that improve efficiencies.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience managing execution of software release programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in SQL, dashboards, and release management.
  • Experience in AI technologies.
