Technical Program Manager, Global Network Delivery, DCNet Delivery

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Manage network infrastructure capacity delivery programs, addressing technical issues related to network capacity and logistics.
• Facilitate communication among technical experts to develop solutions.
• Maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Identify and resolve process breakdowns, driving optimization initiatives.
• Create and manage master schedules and related documents.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in project management within telecom or data center infrastructure.
• Experience in complex organizational settings.
• Strong knowledge of data networking architectures and components.
• Familiarity with data center and telecom operations.
