Technical Program Manager, Geo Data Operations

This role is based in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

  • Day to day support operations for a global fleet of camera systems.
  • Perform release management for the camera system software including release testing.
  • Develop web applications for equipment tracking and troubleshooting.
  • Oversee data analysis and dashboard creation.
  • Resolve bugs and feature requests independently or in collaboration and coordination with engineering teams.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience using data analytics, software, or tooling to support operations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in software development (e.g., Python, Angular/Typescript, C++ or JavaScript).
  • Linux system administration, development or bash scripting skills.
  • Excellent business intelligence, dashboard creation, and SQL data management skills.
