Technical Program Manager, Front-End Planning and Pre-Construction

This role is based in Berlin, Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project-specific early stage program management in line with established project guardrails.
• Manage architects, engineers, project controls, vendors, and contractors.
• Assist the energy and location strategy team with technical constructability reviews.
• Provide technical and planning inputs for configuration decisions on all sites.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the principal data center delivery team.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in program or technical project management.
• Experience in data center program management.
• Experience in project conceptualization and stakeholder management.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in schedule control and developing strategy.
• Ability to communicate fluently in German.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
