Technical Program Manager, Environmental and Energy Management Systems

This role is based in Singapore, Inzai, Chiba, Japan, or Puyan, Taiwan.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Environmental and Energy Management System (EEMS) aligned with ISO standards.
  • Monitor emerging APAC environmental and energy regulations and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Identify and evaluate data center environmental risks and lead mitigation programs.
  • Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement.
  • Create and deliver targeted EEMS communications and training for employees and contractors.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management in the tech sector in Asia.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in relevant fields.
  • Experience in the implementation of ISO standards.
  • Knowledge of APAC environmental/energy regulations and incident management.
  • Excellent investigative, problem-solving, and project management skills.
