Technical Program Manager, Environmental and Energy Management Systems

This role is based in Singapore, Inzai, Chiba, Japan, or Puyan, Taiwan.

Responsibilities:

• Establish, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Environmental and Energy Management System (EEMS) aligned with ISO standards.
• Monitor APAC environmental and energy regulations and ensure compliance.
• Identify and evaluate environmental risks, leading mitigation programs.
• Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for continuous improvement.
• Create and deliver EEMS communications and training for employees.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management in the tech sector in Asia.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and executive-level stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in relevant fields.
• Experience with ISO standards, preferably 14001 or 5000.
• Knowledge of APAC environmental/energy regulations and incident management.
• Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills.
