Technical Program Manager, Edge Serving Capacity Delivery

This role is based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple simultaneous large scale network projects with engaging priorities while ensuring timelines are met.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of edge capacity delivery projects to support peering growth and performance requirements.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks specific to edge capacity delivery, such as hardware delays, site access issues, power constraints, and potential disruptions during upgrades.
- Manage and drive the execution of peering projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality.
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimize peering costs while maintaining or improving network performance.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working in an IP network planning or an implementation role at an Internet Service Provider (ISP), Telecom Operator, Carrier, or Continuous Deployment (CD).
- Understanding of networking concepts, particularly related to peering and Border Gateway Protocol (BGP).
- Ability to have a technical aptitude.
