Technical Program Manager, Edge Deployment, Extended Workforce Solutions

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Network Design, Capacity Delivery, and Field teams to translate network solutions into standard Bill of Materials (BOMs) and detailed design packages.
  • Collaborate with Automation and Business Operations teams to create standardized work packages for third-party provisioners.
  • Engage with Google network site acquisition teams and third-party operations support vendors for deployment solutions.
  • Participate in vendor selection and on-boarding to support the Google networking team’s mission.
  • Measure performance and drive process improvement across all groups.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in a data center or Point of Presence (POP) environment.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications and optical network infrastructure.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Experience managing field operation technicians or engineers.
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple levels and functions.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
