Compensation:
$183,000-$271,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full program lifecycle for complex, multi-phased deliveries.
- Manage risk and escalation for high-stakes projects.
- Design and operate central mechanisms for intake, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in Software Development Lifecycle Management (SDLC).
Preferred Qualifications:
- 8 years managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience in building enterprise-class technology systems.
- Technical program management experience in dynamic environments.
