Compensation:

$192,000-$278,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish.
  • Work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, and manage project schedules.
  • Organize and manage program initiatives through completion, focusing on operational improvements and technical insertion opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering/Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management and managing process improvement or construction programs.
  • Experience working with data centers or mission-critical environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience managing cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
