Technical Program Manager, Data Centers

This role is based in New York, NY or Austin, TX, with remote work options available.

Compensation:

$183,000-$271,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Initiate and lead programs with long-term implications, defining project metrics and success criteria.
• Lead cross-functional programs to improve performance and embed continuous improvement.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and manage expectations.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management and technical program management.

Preferred qualifications:

• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder communication.
