This role is based in Dublin, Ireland or Madrid, Spain.

Responsibilities:

  • Guide the development of a clear integrated project delivery strategy, effectively communicating it to internal teams and extended stakeholders.
  • Lead and coordinate the design, construction, and capital project support for delivery operations.
  • Develop and manage key elements of procurement, off-site fabrication, and operational turnover.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders to foster strong relationships and proactively identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Mentor teams of engineers and project managers in delivering at scale throughout the region.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or management fields.
  • 8 years of experience in construction management or engineering management.
  • Experience in infrastructure planning and technical program management within data centers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in data center operations and project delivery over the full project life-cycle.
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems.
