Compensation:

$163,000-$237,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Own the development of long-range infrastructure supply plans.
  • Utilize advanced demand and capacity models for trade-off decisions and optimal supply plans.
  • Establish cross-functional planning governance and ensure accountability for regional plans.
  • Act as the central point-of-contact for regional planning, aligning stakeholders with infrastructure plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in program management or planning for data center infrastructure.
  • 5 years of experience in managing cross-functional programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience in managing large, cross-functional programs.
  • Ability to develop data-driven insights into executable solutions.
  • Excellent planning and communication management skills.
