Responsibilities:

  • Drive multiple programs/projects and pre-development, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery while upholding exceptional quality standards.
  • Conduct analysis, manage programs and projects, support negotiation of agreements, and manage aspects of real estate transactions and infrastructure delivery.
  • Develop and implement best practices for land acquisition and pre-development, identifying and mitigating associated risks.
  • Provide regular updates on project status and performance to key stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management, leading multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Experience in data center, real estate or infrastructure development.
  • Experience in the regulatory environment for real estate development in Europe.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and other real estate analysis tools.
  • Experience in construction management and projects delivery.
  • Ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate in a changing environment.
