Compensation:

$183,000-$271,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple data center design projects from detailed design through construction administration.
  • Create and manage strategies for design execution.
  • Gather internal requirements and deliver design solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Overcome challenges while adhering to project timelines and quality standards.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
  • 5 years of experience in BIM/VDC implementation or managing multi-disciplinary construction projects.
  • Experience in electrical or mechanical engineering within a data center environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or PhD in a relevant technical field.
  • PE License or equivalent certification.
  • Experience managing data center design and vendor relationships.
