Technical Program Manager, Data Center Construction Projects

This role is based in Middenmeer, Netherlands.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a large, site-wide data center construction and delivery organization.
- Lead the development of detailed designs and manage construction delivery, cost, quality, and EHS.
- Establish and maintain delivery models and relationships with multiple vendors.
- Create a growth plan and be involved in hiring talent.
- Research and implement construction methods for data center equipment and facilities.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management and data center construction.
- Experience with building facilities equipment including HVAC and safety systems.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years managing cross-functional projects.
- Experience with commercial agreement management.
- Fluency in Dutch.
