Technical Program Manager, Data Center Construction Projects

This role is based in Middenmeer, Netherlands.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a large, site-wide data center construction and delivery organization.
• Ensure the development of detailed designs and manage construction delivery, cost, quality, and EHS.
• Establish and maintain delivery models and global relationships with vendors.
• Create a growth plan and be involved in hiring/recruiting talent.
• Research and implement construction methods for data center equipment and facilities.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management and data centers.
• Experience with building facilities equipment including HVAC and safety systems.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience with commercial agreement management.
• Knowledge of large-scale facility electrical and mechanical systems.
• Fluency in Dutch to interact with local teams.
