Technical Program Manager, Data Center Construction and Design

This role is based in Reston, VA or Austin, TX, with remote work options available.

Compensation:

$240,000-$334,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Lead design, construction, and capital project support for data center projects.
• Develop and mentor engineering teams, managing stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure alignment of construction outcomes with organizational objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10 years of program/project management experience in mission-critical facilities.
• 8 years of experience with construction lifecycle and leadership roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's Degree or PhD in relevant engineering fields.
• Experience with data center equipment and commissioning processes.
