Technical Program Manager, Data Center Construction and Design

This role is based in Reston, VA or Austin, TX, with remote eligibility.
Compensation:
$227,000-$320,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead design, construction, and capital project support for large-scale data center projects.
- Develop and mentor teams of engineers and project managers.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and resolve misalignment.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 10 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in mission-critical facilities and construction lifecycle.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree or PhD in relevant fields.
- Experience with data center equipment and environments.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects.
