This role is based in Reston, VA or Austin, TX, with remote eligibility.

Compensation:

$227,000-$320,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead design, construction, and capital project support for large-scale data center projects.
  • Develop and mentor teams of engineers and project managers.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and resolve misalignment.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 10 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience in mission-critical facilities and construction lifecycle.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or PhD in relevant fields.
  • Experience with data center equipment and environments.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects.
