Technical Program Manager, Cloud ML and Compute Services

This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA.
Compensation:
$192,000-$278,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead the evolution of product licensing from manual efforts to a streamlined, automated steady-state program.
- Establish and execute a clear process for AI Infra NPIs and qualifications to ensure customer deliveries are only authorized after licensing requirements are met.
- Partner with engineering to define and implement a framework for re-running license reviews every 30 days, creating a sustainable path-to-green for all code changes.
- Provide critical inputs to Product and Legal teams to mitigate enterprise risk and manage complex business decisions regarding agreement terms.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with Open Source Software (OSS) licensing compliance or third-party supplier agreement reviews.
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs involving both hardware and software components.
- Experience with automation tools and frameworks for continuous compliance auditing.
- Familiarity with complex Bill of Materials (BOM) structures and hardware/software qualification processes (e.g., firmware, compute nodes, diags).
- Strong communication skills with a track record of influencing executive leadership and legal counsel on risk mitigation strategies.
