Compensation:

CAD 162,000-166,000 + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams of developers, product managers, and UX designers/researchers in executing projects and programs from concept to launch.
  • Design and roll-out processes and tools to increase the velocity of developing teams.
  • Provide program management leadership for the portfolio of program priorities.
  • Deliver continuous transparency to keep core team members aligned and stakeholders informed.
  • Identify and build new operational improvements and processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.
  • Experience managing software development programs for the open web.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Familiarity with developing for the open web, including web standards bodies and Chromium.
