Technical Acceleration Program Manager, gReach Program for People with Disabilities (Japanese)

This role is based in Tokyo, Japan.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage program communication with all internal stakeholders, and report on progress by a regular internal synchronization.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive program documentation, including meeting minutes and PR materials.
  • Provide logistical support for the program, such as venue booking, and catering management.
  • Track and report on program progress, identify potential risks and issues and propose solutions for improvement.
  • Develop and deliver GenAI MiniTAP content as the role evolves. Support Cluster Field FSR/CEs in customer engagements, taking on more direct customer interaction and technical responsibilities.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of developer experience in Python, Go, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Ability to communicate in Japanese fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in Generative AI (GenAI), Machine Learning (ML), and application development.
  • Experience in process implementation and improvement.
  • Experience with investigative problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and complex stakeholder management.
  • Knowledge of project and program management theories with practical application for solving operational issues.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud) and modern application architectures.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills to implement GenAI solutions.
