Responsibilities:
- Drive candidate assessment for potential roles and manage the interview process.
- Partner with key business leaders to build solutions to defined objectives.
- Ensure accurate mapping of job postings to open headcount and assist clients with requisition prioritization.
- Develop and execute targeted recruiting initiatives to meet established goals.
Minimum qualifications:
- 8 years of experience in technical recruiting.
- 5 years of experience in deep tech, AI/ML, or specialized software engineering domains.
- Experience sourcing and closing AI talent.
Preferred qualifications:
- 6 years of experience closing candidates and negotiating compensation packages.
- Experience with full cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate setting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build productive relationships.
