Support Program Manager, YouTube Operations

This role is focused on enhancing the YouTube Consumer Experience Operations and involves managing cross-functional projects.

Compensation:

$136,000-$197,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Drive execution of global programs critical to YouTube’s success.
• Manage cross-functional working groups and secure resource buy-in.
• Develop high-visibility status reporting for executive leadership.
• Occasional travel for workshops with stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years in program/project management in video/streaming or customer experience.
• Experience with cross-functional projects and software development life cycle.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP or Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Strong stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage risks and develop mitigation strategies.
