Compensation:
$136,000-$197,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Manage OKRs across cross-functional teams and clarify roles and responsibilities.
- Lead complex programs and facilitate global working groups.
- Communicate program status and risks to stakeholders, including executives.
- Continuously improve processes and documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years in program or project management.
- Experience in customer service or support operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with tech delivery initiatives and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizations.
- Familiarity with support-related tooling and infrastructure.
