Supply Chain Lead, Program Management, Raxium

This role is based in Fremont, CA.

Compensation:

$189,000-$274,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Build and execute a comprehensive supply chain and commodity management framework.
• Lead a high-performing team of commodity management and strategic sourcing professionals.
• Establish supplier oversight programs and lead negotiations for long-term agreements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program or project management.
• 5 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations within manufacturing environments.
• Track record in strategic negotiations and managing complex commercial agreements.
