This role is based in Sunnyvale, CA or San Francisco, CA.

Compensation:

$189,000-$274,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of visionary AI tools that redefine how billions of people create, share, and manage information.
  • Transform Gemini capabilities into intuitive, consumer-grade workplace experiences.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to explore problem spaces and identify high-impact opportunities for AI innovation.
  • Drive the full design lifecycle from ideation to execution, ensuring user-centered solutions.
  • Develop conceptual models and prototypes to communicate ideas and validate design decisions.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
  • Portfolio showcasing relevant work.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
  • 12 years of experience in product design or UX.
  • Experience leading design projects and working with executive leaders.
