Compensation:

$189,000-$274,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Transform research insights into concepts that drive product changes.
  • Inspire ideas for product experiences to support business workflows.
  • Develop high-quality user workflows and communicate ideas effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user-centric frameworks.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
  • Experience designing across multiple platforms and creating user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Portfolio or relevant links to work required.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Design or related field.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on user experience.
