Staff UX Designer, Finance Transformation

This role is based in New York, NY.

Compensation:

$189,000-$274,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Drive AI adoption and innovate UX methods.
• Collaborate with UX and Product leaders to balance objectives and drive user-centered principles.
• Deliver high-fidelity prototypes and resolve systemic ambiguity.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
• Experience in Machine Learning and AI project life-cycle.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Design or related field.
• Experience leading design projects and working with executive leaders.
