Staff UX Designer, Ads Privacy and Safety

This role is based in New York, NY or Seattle, WA.

Compensation:

$189,000-$274,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand regulatory impacts on users and develop innovative product concepts.
• Translate research insights into user, product, and policy requirements.
• Demonstrate user impacts through user journeys, mockups, and prototypes.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in product design or UX.

Preferred qualifications:

• 12 years of experience in product design or UX.
• Experience in user trust areas with regulation.
