Staff Software Engineer, Virtual Storage (Mandarin, English)

This role is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects. Design and implement solutions utilizing APIs to high-performance network storage.
• Influence and coach the team, triaging product or system issues.
• Facilitate alignment across teams to resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions for storage connectivity features.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
• 5 years of experience building large-scale infrastructure or distributed systems.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in a related technical field.
• 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• Experience in storage infrastructure or low-level storage technologies.
