Staff Software Engineer, Personal Health Agent

This role is based in London, UK.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate the long-term technical goal and roadmap for the unified Personal Health Agent (PHA) architecture for Fitness and Sleep coach.
• Act as the key technical authority for the agentic platform delivering PHA.
• Lead the technical effort to productionize novel agent capabilities from Google Deepmind.
• Partner with engineering organization leads to align product roadmap with technical strategy.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 7 years of experience leading technical project strategy and large-scale system architecture.
• 5 years of experience with design and architecture of software products.
• Experience in shipping large-scale, production AI/ML systems.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering or Computer Science with a specialization in AI or ML.
• 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• Experience designing or implementing agent-based architectures.
• Experience shipping consumer-facing products.
