This role is based in Mountain View, CA.

Compensation:

$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-stack design initiatives and provide direct coding contributions.
  • Oversee data measurement, analytics, and experimentation.
  • Coordinate with data engineers and software engineers.
  • Participate in the coordination of Data Teams across multiple locations.
  • Guide and coach junior colleagues in software engineering and data roles.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin or Go.
  • 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
  • 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
  • Experience with data processing or data analytics.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in common programming languages such as Python, C++, Go, and SQL.
  • Strong collaboration skills and executive-level communication experience.
  • Ability to perform comprehensive, self-directed research.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
