This role is based in Mountain View, CA.
Compensation:
$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-stack design initiatives and provide direct coding contributions.
- Oversee data measurement, analytics, and experimentation.
- Coordinate with data engineers and software engineers.
- Participate in the coordination of Data Teams across multiple locations.
- Guide and coach junior colleagues in software engineering and data roles.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience programming in C++, Java, Python, Kotlin or Go.
- 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience with data processing or data analytics.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in common programming languages such as Python, C++, Go, and SQL.
- Strong collaboration skills and executive-level communication experience.
- Ability to perform comprehensive, self-directed research.
- Excellent leadership skills.
