Compensation:

$197,000-$291,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

About the job:

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will leverage state-of-the-art AI models to create high-fidelity web interfaces, owning features end-to-end. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and AI researchers to transform model capabilities into intuitive product features.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product management, UX, and quality engineers to define project scope and ensure successful feature launches.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to legal, privacy, timelines, and costs.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve complex challenges.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of software development experience in Kotlin, Swift, Java, Objective-C, or TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Experience in full-stack engineering and user-facing product development.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
• Experience building applications on Android, iOS, or modern web platforms.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
