Staff Software Engineer, AI-Powered GRC Automation

Compensation:
$207,000-$300,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the technical strategy and architecture for a scalable platform supporting AI-driven GRC functions.
- Lead the development of AI/ML models to automate and scale GRC workflows.
- Oversee data pipeline engineering for training AI models.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of software development experience.
- 5 years of experience in ML design and infrastructure.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in software engineering roles.
- Experience with AI/ML systems and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform).
