This role is based in Mountain View, CA.
Compensation:
$207,000-$300,000 + bonus + equity + benefits
Responsibilities:
- Drive improvements in ad experiences using AI technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the Search results page.
- Lead technical contributions and manage project priorities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in programming in C++.
- 5 years of experience testing and launching software products.
- 2 years of experience with GenAI techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in a related field.
- Experience in technical leadership and full-stack development.
